October 28, 2007-Halloween Party
I went to my first halloween party today. I dressed up as a dragon and got to see all of my friends. My two favorite girls were there (Hannah & Abby). I played alot with Devon, who is closest to my age and made some new friends. I did some pretty cool things too...I ate cookies & pizza, made a foot ghost painting for mom, bobbed for apples, and bounced in this giant play gym! What a great time but boy am I tired.
October 27, 2007-Cartoons & Playtime
It's been a couple of busy days. I didn't feel very good on Friday so Mom came home and took me to see Dr. Tim. He said that I'd feel alot better if I could just cough up a loogie. Sounds like something Dad can teach me to do...in the meantime he gave me some medicine that is really yucky. Mom won the lottery Thursday night and didn't even know it, so I have been making a big christmas list. Grandma & Grandpa Vaughan came to visit me Friday when I wasn't feeling good. I showed of all of my new crawling and standing skills. Today I went to the dump with Daddy and spent the rest of the day watch cartoons and playing. Mom made me some homemade chicken soup to make me feel better. I didn't like it, so I spit it back out at her :)
October 24, 2007-On the Go
I've definetly got this crawling thing down. I'm starting to get better at standing up on things but there has been some bumps and bruises along the way. Everyone keeps telling me it's ok and I'll be fine... well, that's easy for them to say when their head didn't hit the table!
October 14, 2007-Weekend of Milestones
Friday I learned to sit up on my own...from laying down, Saturday I suprised Mom & Dad by standing up in my crib then on Sunday night I started learning to crawl. Mom & Dad don't know what they are in for cause there is all this cool stuff I havn't been able to play with yet...
October 11, 2007-Best Toy
My favorite thing to play with is the TV remote...especially when Mom & Dad are trying to watch some dumb show. There are these cool red lights that flash then they get all fustrated and pay attention to me, like they should be doing anyways. Daddy always says that I'm his best toy ever.
October 7, 2007-End of the Summer
It was a great weekend, the weather was beautiful and we spent it with friends. We went out on a long ride up the lake. I spent time playing with my lake friends Kirsten & Sean. It was really fun. But the boat came out of the water today for the winter. I'm going to have to wait until spring before we can go back up there :(
October 6, 2007-Two Toothin
I was playing with mom all morning in the boat. We played with lots of cups by stacking them up and knocking them down. I like the noise they make when I crunch them. She said I finally gave her a good smile that showed my two toothins.
October 5,2007-Growin Fast -7 months
I went to the doctor's today and he said I am perfectly healthy. I am 18.2 1/2 lbs and 29 inches long.
